All piercing charges are not subject to change under any circumstances.
All charges advertised are the charges customers pay and no hidden extras.
Abusive or threatening behaviour you will not be tolerated.
Any abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff received from customers through emails, telephone conversations or when staff visit customer services for the abusive or threatening customer will be refused and any aftercare advice service will be withdrawn
Customers 16 years and over must sign registration book.
Signing the registration book is compulsory.
If the customer fails to sign the registration book it will result in piercing services being refused because That Funky Fashion Store staff can not carry out piercing without customers consent.
All customers under the age of 16 who require piercing must at all times have a parent or guardian present at place of piercing to sign registration book, again if parent or guardian is not present it will result in piercing services being refused by staff.
If a customer requires aftercare treatment advice only signing of registration book will not be needed.
Registration details of customers in registration book are never shared or disclosed with any third party.
At the time and place of piercing, household pets must be kept away from piercing area when staff are preparing or carrying out piercing.
That Funky Fashion Store refuse to give credit.
All payments must be made before piercing has been carried out by staff.
That Funky Fashion Store accept all major credit & debit cards.
Payments can be made online at www.thatfunkyfashionstore.com , telephone 0845 602 77 58 or with credit or debit card or cash when staff visit place of piercing.
Proof of age may have to be provided to staff if staff suspect customer is under the age of 16 years of age and no parent or guardian is present.
All appointments are set for morning, afternoon and evening timescale.
